Does EIA have data on costs for electricity transmission and distribution?
The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) publishes projections for the average annual prices of U.S. electricity generation, transmission, and distribution in the tables of the Annual Energy Outlook:

EIA publishes data on annual expenditures by U.S. electric utilities on electricity transmission and distribution in the Electric Power Annual, Table 8.3. Revenue and expense statistics for major U.S. investor-owned electric utilities.
EIA does not publish similar estimates for other countries. EIA does not publish specific data on the costs to build or operate electricity transmission lines and distribution networks.
